as long as you can put it in a regular oven, if it'll fit, you can put it in a toaster oven.

You don't want to put a regular glass dinner plate in there b/c it's not tempered or designd for high heat.

Small metal pans are best in my opinion and they take up less space in the small ovens..

I've never used glass or ceramic in the toaster oven.

Anything you use in an oven can be used in a toaster oven.
