The link pulls up a number of different calibers. A bolt action has a lever on the side and the description will tell you. If you get a 30.06 you shoot that, a 25.06 you shoot that ammo. I would suggest getting a little bit of hands on training before purchasing/shooting a gun.

It can be had in that caliber, and several others. If you purchase a 30.06, that is the ammo for it. It should tell you on the rifle. You can ask the dealer where you buy it. It is a bolt action.

That is a bolt action type rifle.
That model comes in the six calbers listed.
One of them is 30-06.
If you're actually looking at one, the caliber will
be marked on the left side of the breach,
(Back end near the action), of the barrel.

YES it is a Bolt Action 30-06, and you have to use 30-06 ammo in it only.* Buy it.* The 30-06 is a great caliber and will harvest any game in North America.* When you own a 30-06 you don't need any other caliber or rifle.*

I probably wont get voted best answer but I'm with Doc on this one. If you can't tell that its a bolt action by looking at the pic. Then you need to learn to read, if you can't read then you need to have someone help you read. Then if you need that much help you probably don't need to get a big toy. Because it comes with instructions and you have to be able to read to use them.

Find somebody older, wiser and who speaks guns; go with that person for a walk through at a gun show and drink of his knowledge. Do this before you buy anything so you will be comfortable with what you are doing.

Ryan,
If you can't look at that rifle and tell that it is a bolt-action, you need to stick with bb guns. You just are not ready to advance to real guns yet.
As for the caliber, .30-'06 is one of several calibers available in that model of rifle.
