How do I scale up .jpgs without them pixelating?

Alien Skin's has a program called Blow Up. You can make an image up to 3,600 per cent larger while preserving the sharpness and color. See it at Alienskin.com. Street price is about $200 for this software.

You really can't. Jpgs are really limiting..once you start getting pixelation you are going past the point of no return. You need a higher resolution image if you want to make it bigger. You can't take a low res picture and expect to be able to blow it up. Just isn't going to happen.
