If you've ever seen That 70's show's Kelso, then you know what I'm talking about. One person says something then another person says, ''Ohhh. Burn!" ...I don't know why. Could someone tell me and maybe give an example.

it means someone got "burned", or insulted. They use it on "Unfabulous" too. It's used when someone has a really good insult. If the insulted person has an equally stinging comeback, it's a double-burn.

"Ohhhh, you got burned!"
When two people are talking trash and one comes with a really good comeback the other person got burned.
