How to get rid of white heads?!?!?

I don't want to pop them and is there any cream or medical items that can help me. I've had one on the tip of my nose for awhile and it won't go away

if it's completely come to a head and is ready to pop, wet a washcloth with lukewarm to hot water and gently wipe the whitehead until it pops. Then put some Clearasil on it. It's less painful than popping with a needle and won't leave a nasty mark.
