Is it possible for a boyfriend or girlfriend to cheat on their partner, even if they haven't had sexual relations themselves yet?
For example, suppose there's an 18 year old boy and an 18 year old girl. They have been going out for quite some time but have never had sex. Suppose the boy finds another girl and has sex with her, while he is still in a committed relationship with the other girl. Even though the boy never had sex with the other girl, could it still be considered "cheating"?
Could the girl still justifiably say "you cheated on me!" even though they had not yet had sex?

Of course that would be cheating, cheating can be anything from sexual to an emotional connection with someone else. If this is about you, you have every right to say he cheated!

Yes it can. Cheating means that your dishonest or unfaithful to someone your with. When a person chooses to go out with someone and only that person and if they are off with another it doesn't matter if the person they are with havent had sex yet. That person was still dishonest and went behide that persons back because when he made a commited to date the girl then he shouldnt have gone looking for anyone else to get his rocks off.

Yes just because you did not have sex with the person does not mean that it is not cheating. There is more then one way to cheat.
