As long as you are willing to talk about it in a open and mature way then don't worry about it, its their problem. The only thing that bothers me is when people don't want to have an intelligent conversation about their faith with someone that disagrees with them, but will gladly talk with someone that agrees with them. Point is, don't take it personally and be a good spokesperson for your faith, no matter what it is.

i think that each and every thing is going completely in accordance with a divine plan. with the aid of fact the humanity is accomplishing closer to actuality it rather is accomplishing a element the place its annihilation is certain. The introduction consists of interior itself the seed of its total annihilation and we are closer to the apolcalypse now. this may well be the reason that curiously as though our non secular know-how is increasing. yet I strongly sense that humanity is being entangled interior the internet of lack of expertise it fairly is its very own introduction. non secular intolerance will finally spell the doom of the international, that's going to in no way decrease till the time we can learn the very fact in the back of each and each faith and admire each and each others non secular ideals, this seems to be a a approaches fetched dream regardless of a marginal advance in non secular know-how.

Well, maybe you shouldn't be friends with people who criticize your life choices.
And for your family, tell them that it's your life, and you live it as you feel is best. If they still don't stop, ignore them. As long as your happy and satisfied and feel that life is great the way you make it out to be, then you're golden!

I deal with it. My Mother is a black belt Atheist. I respect her and honor her. She respects me mostly and just thinks I am a fool. That's probably due to the fact that she thinks everyone is a fool. She knows what I believe and I leave it at that. She is free to believe or not believe whatever she wants to. So am I.
America is cool that way, no?

I just tell them that we each have our own paths to follow and that no one has the same beliefs and that no one can be sure who is right or who is wrong....i also tell them that i am free to believe what i need/want to believe as they are.

As Aristotle said, the decision rests with perception. do they feel threatened? Are they trying (in their incompetent way ) to help,? or they trying to hurt you> or do they think you are trying to hurt yourself? The response should be very different depending on the cause.

Ya Know...I dont let it bother me. Everyone is free to believe whatever is best for them. I choose to believe what in my heart is best and true for me..and for me it is like a "knowing". So I just smile...

If they are open-minded enough to understand, I try to clear up their misconceptions. If they aren't, I just walk away. I just agree to disagree with them.

my family are die hard christians- who think that my agnosticism is a lot like "devil-worship"

We don't talk about it- but i'm always scared they are going to hold a religious intervention
