NO! Enemas made for humans are toxic to dogs and can kill them.Try an infant glycerin suppository instead, and if the dog still can't go,you should call your vet for advice. If the dog is vomiting or not eating,it could have an obstruction, which is an emergency. If it's acting OK otherwise, then just add some bran cereal or cooked carrots to it's dog food .The pumpkin is good ,too.

Plain pumpkin filling is good for constipation. But the bigger question is WHY. Your dog may have an intestinal blockage. That's quite serious and can be life threatening. Rather than take matters into your own hands, you should see your vet to be sure you're not dealing with a very serious problem.

No enema! Try milk or lots of water. If no success, try a little prune juice. Just a little at first and wait to see if it works, if not then give it a little more.

Talk to a vet - but I've heard anecdotal evidence that you can give him a regular enema.

dont give your dog an enema, you could hurt it. dont give it a banana either, bananas make you more constipated. you could try a little bit of olive oil in the food for a while(its good for their skin also) or you could ask a vet or someone at a pet store.

I dont think so. My dog couldn't poop 4 a day so we took her 2 a vet they gave her a bath and wiped her butt really well. She had an ingrown hair so if ur dog still isn't pooping give Him/Her a bath and use gloves 2 wipe the butt if that dosn't help see a vet!

do not give the dog ane enema!give the dog1 tablespoon of metamucil in it's food and plenty of water-most likely can't go because of too much dry food without enough water.try adding water to dry food as welll.

no enema unless a vet gives you one for dogs. try giving it a banana, should help her go if she is..constipated. if she likes fruit, a small bit of plum should help also.

Try changing it's food or giving it green beans or something. My dog had the same problem and that is how we solved it.
