Nope, not at all. Of course, they will skatter when they see the sign and won't be caught. They would just have to walk back to Home Depot.

Sounds like kidnapping to than close down every day labor center. The day labor of their own free will enter to go to a job site. I guess you could say the job site is at ICE after the fact

You can do it if it gives you some perverse pleasure in ruining the lives of poor folks who are looking to work and feed their families.

What you suggest sounds like the ideas of an overzealous vigilante. What if you happen to pick up a US citizen among them who is also looking to earn a few dollars working at a day labor job? In that case you can get entangled in a law suit and end up losing the shirt off your back. This is a real possibility since people are getting sick and tired of vigilantes

It is best to leave these matters to law enforcement officers.

Sounds like kidnapping to me. Conspiracy to fraud etc.

Whatever would lead you to think that you have the right to put your hands on a person who is a criminal?
Maybe as an American citizen you would have the right to nab another AMerican who was doing a criminal act but I don't think you dare grab an Illegal person.
Here in the USA we throw our OWN police officers in jail for doing that. What makes you think you have the right as a private citizen to do that?
Several years ago a man coraled an illegal and his sister as they were on his posted land. He roughed the illegal man up a bit and then let them go.
He was tried for assault, kidnapping etc. He and his friend were found guilty. The owner of the land, the American was sent to jail and his ranch was turned over as a civil award to the two Illegals who were stopped and beaten, while coming into the USA illegally, across this man's private land.
BE cautious what you consider doing. You may spend some time in jail and face civil actions against you.
God Bless America!

Do you think ICE is stupid? They know where Home Depot is just as well as you do.

It probably wouldn't be illegal, unless you forced them to come against their will, but you wouldn't get anywhere. Unless the workers gave you some false documentation or ID, ICE isn't going to do anything. And just in case they turn out to be legal workers, you would get charged with harassment.

You could. You would be very stupid to do so. Illegal aliens are very well armed in many cases, and you could become a statistic in no time at all.

Always... always keep this idea in mind. The President essentially declared the border was open. Every criminal with an outstanding warrant against him/her said hoo-ray... and headed north.

Once they got there, they frequently wound up in a Sanctuary City where the police could not ask them questions, nor check their backgrounds, and suddenly we had a whole bunch of very ugly criminal in our towns who could not be asked anything about their background. Dumber than boiled turnips.

Don't... don't pick up day laborers for any reason at all.

Yes it is...

that being said... don't count on ICE doing a damn thing about it once you hand deliver them...

Oh... and you can't kidnap someone that is old enough to give you consent... and goes along willingly... it doesn't become kidnapping because you took them to ICE instead of your back yard to build a deck...

And Papi.... cómo sobre usted va la cogida su pedazo de la madre... de mierda...

Well, in theory it is a wonderful idea. But I am sure it violates kidnapping and false imprisonment charges. ICE might take the illegals you have rounded up, but the feds might also be interested in taking you in for some questioning.
