Are you really asking if officially the US executes its own CIA officers if they quit?
You know, this country is not immune to corruption, but this question is ludicrous. You must not be familiar at all with the rights of an American citizen.

Not unless they were a NOC and they quit for a bad reason. And since NOCs "don't exist" you would never hear about it.
A NOC is a Non Official Cover operative. Basically it means that the CIA will not confirm their existence and if caught, they are on their own because the CIA doesn't acknowledge that the people are alive.

No, they do not get killed if they quit If they did don't you think that we would never hear about it, and that those who did would see it as an accidental death?
I suppose it is POSSIBLE, but highly highly unlikely. Once they retire they still have to maintain their oath of service, which means no talking about secret stuff to anyone. If they break that they spend a LOT of time in Supermax in Colorado, or even get the needle if they reveal something really important that could cost tons of lives if revealed.

...If there was somebody here with that kind of information, do you really think they would say anything?... anyways, its unconstitutional and pointless. The contract you are talking about is the Oath of Allegence.
