can they see them? my dog wil just start barking at the wall or a chair and im wondering if he can see ghosts or sprits and hes been doing this sence my 13 year old dog pasted away? could he came back to say hello?

I've always believed animals and babies can see spirits. My litt;e cousin used to laugh at the air when no one was around and stare into space when she a few months old. We always said it was her grandpa playing with her. I believe dogs can see spirits my dog always barks at the air when theres nothing there.

If such things as spirits or ghosts exist, then I would assume they would be more likely than humans to sense a presence. Of course, there are also theories that living creatures leave energy traces behind after they pass (which I find an easier explanation to swallow than ghosts, but that's just me...)
One of my dogs manages to open the door to the spare room every morning while I am outside with my other dog. I come in to find him hackles up, staring, growling, and at times, barking at a blank wall. While it would be fun to pretend he is getting riled up at some other realm entity, it is far more likely that he can sense a rodent or large insect that has made the inside of my walls a home.
The question you pose is a good one. We probably won't know the absolute answer until we die...and even then, we may never know. :)

Anytime I am worried I call my vet. They will call me back and assist over the phone or tell me to bring her in. Just like human females periods, every dogs is different too. I would watch her because it could be something else, and call your vet ;) As long as your dog has had all her vaccinations it should not be Parvo.

yea i think they can...my dog does that once in a while too just barks at the wall or something i know what you mean..it prob is you dog that passed stopping by to say hi..dont be worried

Yes they can. My cats can do that too. They often stare off into space and meow at the walls. My dogs bark at the air around them. It is probably your dog.

No but they can hear mice or such things in the walls and bark at them :) but if you want to believe that your dog is barking at your other dog that died, go right ahead -- a harmless delusion :)

It is believed they can see the afterlife. I also believe that - I've had personal experiences.
There is nothing to be worried about unless you are being threatened or it becomes physical.

yes thats what my cat does well she saw the ghost first than me thats why i think she can see ghost
