No on the rewards.

Dr Pepper is a separate producer of syrup that has deals with both Coke and Pepsi so that in some areas Pepsi sells it and in others Coke sells it.

Dr. Pepper is a Coke subsidiary, but you can't use Coke Rewards with it. Dr. Pepper has its own website and rewards program, separate and apart from that of its parent company.
