in spanish: mi amor que bella estas esta noche! te amo! pronuntiation (ke beya stas stas noshe, the y in beya as when you use yelling)
in italian: amore mio che bella estai in questa sera! ti voglio molto! (the pronuntiation it´s like spanish except in "questa" because in spanish you say kesta in the pronuntiation, but in italian it´s cooesta) good luck!

A correction to above "Italian speaker" Sam 123.
His sentence, in correct Italian, is "Amore io, come sei bella stasera! Ti amo tanto!". I don't suggest you how to pronounce since it would be too long for you to remember.
Just say to her "Ti amo" (tée àhmoh) = I love you
