Issue of race ...what race?
It's a problem of people who have come here illegally. They either need to be identified or cut off from the work they do which ostensibly is the reason they came here.
There is a theory that suggests that another country is trying to and is indeed being successful in taking over our country, by illegally entering our country and working within our goverment as well as outside our government to dominate and ultimately own and run our country, the USA.
The country responsible for this alleged attack is Mexico. Most countries in the world would declare war with the challenging oppressor and fight it out. The USA is not doing that but the majority populace of the USA would like to remove the invaders, stop speaking their language and recover their own destinies.
As the invaders can be identified to some degree as being racially different, race could become an namesake handle to describe the enemy; as an example the Germans were called Krauts etc.
Its the nature of war to call names. People are angry. I don't believe in fact it is racism. I believe it is one country fighting off the illegal advances of another country.

Technically, I think it doesn't. But ethnicity sure does. Remember way back when "No Irish need apply" was accepted? The immigration controversy seems to center around Mexicans, though I'd like to see Immigration's take on how many nationalities are here illegally. I'd guess that the largest percentage is Mexican.
To the extent that nationality or ethnicity is negatively perceived, that might slide over into race. It becomes easier to hate a group when you can de-personify them by identifying them as further from where *you* stand. Thus it becomes simpler for ignorant folks to class Mexicans as a different race (they're caucasian) than it does to exercise some mental effort in grasping the entire illegal issue.

The laws are clear cut. The majority of those who chose to break these laws are from a specific country. I don't know that I would consider that as a "race" factor, but more of an "opportunity" factory. However, those who want to promote more illegal activity in this regard do tend to "play the race card" whenever possible. I don't think it holds much water. (And this from a woman of color.)
What people seem to forget is that we are talking about a federal crime here. You either commit that crime (illegal entry) or you do not.

Not to me.
I don't care if someone is brown, yellow, black, orange or plaid. If they are not in this nation legally, then they should be gone. If our laws mean nothing to them, then why should they be allowed to enjoy the benefits of living in our nation?
In my eyes, illegal is illegal. Doesn't matter what color, nationality, sex, sexual orientation, age, religion, or ability. I don't think this is the same for everyone, but I do think most of us against illegal immigration are against it no matter what. The only ones that think race is a huge factor are those that are trying to convince those of us against it to be for it. I think the "pro" side is more concerned about race than the "anti" side.

what does the color of your skin have to do with the act you perform. A skin color can't do no more that your hair color or eye color can do. It you, the person inside you.. it's your brain
and your hands The race thing is nothing but a cop out. I don't kill people because I am white, If I kill people it because
I am a low down rotten no good person. get the point. You impress very few playing the race card.

In concept, your concept is to grant unlawful extraterrestrial beings some incentive to come again forward and discover themselves, somewhat than only utilising an increasing form of draconian measures to stress anybody to 'coach' citizenship. that's a reliable concept, i think of, in concept. i do no longer know if countless the specifics could artwork, and a few, like 'Lifetime probation' could genuinely be unfair (lots greater severe crimes than unlawful border crossing have a statue of barriers). penal complex time, working example, is impractical - jails are already overcroweded - deportation remains the only genuine decision for people who's only crime is immigration violations. Deported persons must be logged in a fingerprint or DNA databose, in spite of if, and that must depend against them interior the destiny. I additionally think of it could make experience to grant decision to criminal immigrants. working example, jointly as you need to grant artwork visas to illegals, citizenship must be not on time till after criminal immigrants begining the approach interior an identical twelve months have had thier threat to be naturalized.

Mexican Oil.. Mexico could ..very.. easily take care of its own people. Shucking the corruption.. even without counting on the oil, would enable that ... taking care of their own people.

Read these articles... I don't want the Federal Government of Mexico jerking me around, nor do I want my government jerking me around. Essentially, I hired those jerks in Washington to do a job of protecting the American People. They are so hot on playing politics with this issue.. they cannot protect us. Trust me on this one folks... its a gonna change.

No, I don't think it is about race for everyone. I am Hispanic, my parents are Mexican, and I am against illegal immigration. You see, despite popular belief, illegal immigrants can be and are more than just Mexicans.

yeah if they're not living off the Americans and they have a job they do work hard! But I've heard many times that they will do jobs Americans won't do.......NO!......They will do jobs Americans can't afford to do! I would say half of America can't make it on 1 income.......and they are allowed to live with 10 to 15 of them in a 2 bedroom.......If I let 10 people move in they'd be trying to take my kids away! BULLSHIT!
