Very handsome guy, but may need some deep facials for acne, or stop drinking soda or things with carbonation in it or dairy products for clearer fresher skin. Men should always apply a light hint of lip balm as well to moisten dry or cracked lips. Moisturizer on elbows, feet & knees as well. Alot of men also forget how important a manicure & pedicure are to look polished & perfect. beautiful thick clean hair & hair style is great! Always smile, speak clearly & positively, no cursing, & show an interest in others by action & word---you will go a million miles in life with a million dollar smile & good self esteem showing thru eye contact. Uh, that dude isn't ugly. He's actually not bad looking. In fact, he's kinda cute. Nice full lips, eyes look even, teeth are white, high cheek bones.. the only thing is the chin could be a little smaller, but it's not something I would fret over. That guy should be able to find a nice girl, or at least feel good about himself. That's just an honest answer.

Ok as far as I can tell not much. Blue (the cat) says that maybe his eyebrows could be a little lighter and his lower lip slightly smaller. But Blue is after all just a cat. I think this young man is a hunk and if I were him, I would just leave it alone. He is tall dark and handsome. What girl would not want that. Prince Charming has arrived. (P.S. If he have bad teeths, then go to the dentist and if the clothes are not good than start shoping. Plus I've been through this and the only thing I changed was clothes. So I think that could be the problem.

But if at all he wants to change himself then he can add a little cheek bone and expand eyes upside so that it can open more.
Nose picture is not clear. But unless it was a distortion due to bad pic, a small nose job on the tip can make him bond ++ looks. (He has stunning look even now btw)

A different hairstyle- lose the sideburns. But he is kind of cute. Maybe lose a little of the baby fat on his cheeks. I'm sure a clearer picture would help. And his clothes look too big for him. He needs a better style that actually shapes him.

To me, this person is not "ugly". If he wants cosmetic surgery to correct something, go for the nose. Otherwise, the eyebrows are a bit too bushy I believe. I don't mean to shave them off... but trimming them would be a good thing.
