I want to know what skin disease is it when you have a round shape ball on the back of your ear cause of sensitive skin?

it's called a keloid. for some reason, black people are more susceptible to them then any other race. it's basically a scar that has a lot of tissue forming around the area that it's trying to heal. i have a few friends that got them behind their ear after they had their ears pierced. they can only be fixed or helped by a doctor or plastic surgeon.

It's probably a mole. You should have a doctor check it especially if you think it's getting larger. They can be cancerous.
