That depends on what the shots were and how old she is now as well as where you are going and even what airline you're using. Generally you need a health certificate in order to fly a dog anywhere and only your vet can give you that. Call the airline you are flying with and ask them what vaccines are required for dogs flying with them as well as how recent the health certificate needs to be. Then call your vet to see what vaccines she has had and schedule your appointment for the physical to get her health certificate.

You need to give more details.
Pups are supposed to get a 7-way shot every 4 weeks from about age 4 weeks, until the pup is 16 weeks of age. That works out to either 3 or 4 shots. At that point, you need to ask the vet if the dog is old enough to have the rabies shot and even more importantly, kennel cough, if she'll be in a kennel around other dogs.
If your dog is over 6 mo of age, it should already have received rabies and kennel cough immunizations.
Ask the airlines to make sure you know THEIR requirements.
When the dog is a year old, boosters are required.

Well, there's also a health certificate before she can fly. You'll have to get that from a vet and while you are there getting it, the vet will give her whatever shots she has to have for her to fly. You also have to be in compliance with the airline as to what type of carrier to put your dog in and also, if it's too cold or too hot, the airlines won't let the dog fly unless it's a situation where you are flying with it as a carry on and you have to check with the airline about that too.

You need to contact the airline and see what they say the dog needs.
They need a health certificate and need to be up to date on shots.
Contact the vet and ask when your dog is due for shots. They should be able to help you.

This depends on where you are going, some states/countries have their own requirements.
also, depends on what kinds of shots you already gave her.
rabies need to be no older than 7 days for some places.
distemper, and corona virus are some other required shots you need to consider.
there are different shots for different places, because they may have different viruses than where you reside.
check with the local humane society, aspca or animal control where you are travelling to, or a veterinarian what shots are required to enter their area.
good luck

Rabies and her yearly booster if it's due. You also need a health cert given by your vet usually given within 48 hours of flying.

Instead of all the shots, it would be easier to just put her on a plane to fly. I know some meds can make you feel high, but really, you're going a little overboard here.
