Are there any churches were men have to wear white shirt and black pants, and women white blouse and black skirt for baptism?

No. Just that you have to wear something under the baptismal gown.

I have NO idea!
But if they do,
I'd like to see how they justify it
using the Bible.
Because if it isn't in the Bible,
then it's nothing more than their traditions,
not GOD's commandments.
