Hair Color Help???

Question

i really wanna do something with my hair.... like a color but only for highlights or lowlights... i kinda wanna do maybe black streaks or white...or what do you think would look good in my hair... it can be funky colors too i dont mind any suggestions! This is Me haha i wasing being weird that day =P:

I think if you went darker it would be cute, especially because it's winter. Dark hair looks good in Winter =]

I can picture you with like, MIley Cyrus's color - http://www.tigerbeatmag.com/dailydish/wp-content/uploads/2007/07/74932564.jpg in that picture, maybe a little lighter. But a warm tone, not ash-y.

And you should grow your hair out! It would frame your face really well. =]

i think that you should try one solid color,like blond,or brown.that would look cute on you!=]
but its allways cool to put crazy colors in it like, black hair with pink streeks!lol.
but i dont really think you should do white!
and your not ugly!your a pretty young lady!lol.forget the haters!

i think you should dye it chestnut with blond highlights at the end, and get a straight perm. possibly longer extensions? or just grow it out longer.
