Paul in response to a question, as opposed to quoting Christ on a scale of 1-10?
Ten would be Paul all the time, and one would be Christ all the time.
Be honest here, and if you have to, look at some of your previous answers.

Mark, in your answer you quoted Christ once out of five scriptures. I know your answer, then.

There should be more quotes form Paul-he was Christs chosen apostle to take Christianity to the Gentiles.
Most of Jesus' teachings, even though some are applicable to Christians, was intended for Jews.

My best guess is OT 2/3 Messiah 1/8 Paul 1/5 others 1/10. Thats more or less, of course. Don't gig me if it doesn't add up to 100%

These people don't seem to understand that the scriptures were written by man and if they were influenced by the holy spirit who is in fact part of the holy trinity which would also make it influenced by god then that would mean that god isn't infallible since parts of scripture have been proven wrong for instance it implies that the earth is only 6,000 years old that is wrong therefore god is no longer infallible so really some of these people need to rethink their answers.

IN the garden... Genesis 3... "As Satan said..... 'Has GOD... Really Said.... YOU SHALT NOT....?"
..... GOD'S WORD.... SAID IT..... and... That Settles.... IT!
The Real Problem.... is... "This....' IGNORANCE'... of The WORD!"
ONE.....
(2Timothy 3:16-17) All Scripture is God-breathed, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,
(2Ti 3:17) that the man of God may be perfected, thoroughly furnished to every good work.
TWO.....
(2Peter 1:20-21) knowing this first, that no prophecy of the Scripture came into being of its own private interpretation.
(2Pet 1:21) For prophecy was not borne at any time by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke being borne along by the Holy Spirit.
THREE.......
(John 12:49) For I [ JESUS] have not spoken of Myself, but the Father who sent Me gave Me a command, what I should say, and what I should speak.
Whether..... PAUL..... JESUS..... Or Any of the OT -or- NT Writers..... SPOKE...... " IT WAS.....' ALL '..... FROM... GOD!"
These THREE.... Groups of VERSES..... SAY SO!
This Sillyness... and... Confusion.... About the WORD..... " Is Nothing more...... than Sheer Ignorance....... and..... Satanic Confusion...!
..... GOD..... SPOKE...... "you".... Better.... LISTEN!
(Ezekiel 2:7) And you shall speak My Words to them, whether they will hear or whether they will forbear, for they are rebellious.
Thanks for Asking ! In Christ Jesus...... ROGER R.

Well you don't seem to understand that the Holy Spirit is the divine author of ALL of the scriptures. The Holy Spirit was telling Jesus what to say as well as Paul, Peter, & John. So in that sense we are always quoting the Holy Spirit when we quote any part of the Bible.

Honestly I don't know. But since we accept the entire Bible as the word of God, it doesn't really matter much, does it?
