What did you think of his letters?

He's a snake oil salesman,
a flim-flam man.
Don't be naive,
don't fall for his scam.

This fraud was sending letters and trinkets in the early 1980s. ("This is a sponge from the Holy Land, put it in water and watch it grow." = cheap piece of cardboard).

His letters are full of hysteria and actually, are kind of neat to make fun of. Lots of underlines and stuff "handwritten" in the margins. And of course, wanting money for the trinket he sent.

Same guy?

If you don't mind me saying so, and speaking from a ministerial standpoint, giving money to a pastor/minister/preacher does not guarantee you prosperity or blessings. You may be doing it with a giving heart, or your motives for doing so are reward based, but if you want to give money to someone, give it to a good and just cause. I would recommend that you use the money to take care of your family. I see more than enough ministers who live in big houses and wear gold Rolexes, or drive cars that cost as much as houses. How do they manage to do so? My answer is, and I wholeheartedly believe, that they are misusing the funds that are given to them. There may be the good ones who are doing the right thing with the money, such as helping the poor, but if a pastor can do well, why can the members not do well also? Please don't give your money to anyone. Use your money to care for your family. Seek help from somewhere else, such as an agency that has been established to help people keep their homes. Popoff cannot guarantee that you will be able to continue living in that house. But pray to Yahweh Elohim (the Lord God Almighty) that He gives you strength and that He will deliver you from your not-so-favorable circumstances. I'm not a rich minister, and I don't want to be. If I ever did become rich, I would be giving so much away, people might call me crazy. I gave the advice I gave because I love people and I want to see them do well. Don't let someone with a slick suit and a charming manner usurp you out of your hard earned money...I don't care whose name they call themselves doing it in.

Peter Popoff? Just another charlatan. There are so many these days. Just want your money, so they can feed their bank accounts.

Don't believe in any of his word. If you want to donate, find an institute ,orphanage by yourself and donate your money there.

Never donate to individuals that proclaim they can heal any disease or has the "medicine" for you to increase your bank account.

3,058,882$ was the proffit for him in the year 2005, that mean almost 255,000$ per month, and he do absolutely nothing.
(As you can see here: http://www.charitynavigator.org/index.cfm?bay=search.summary&orgid=5206 )

Tell me how and when you can get such money? By doing absolutely nothing?

Sad thing is that there is still people believe him and donate to his company.

Also you can see here how Popoff exposed as a complete fraud from James Randi

So save your money, Poppof already has enough.
Save them and spent them for new year eve.

Happy new year.

never sent this criminal any money but im sure lots have. its pittifull that this con artist like so many do is picking on the elderly and disabled. the ones who need their money the most, the one thing that brings a ray of sunshine to this whole scam is that one day he will have to meet his maker and be held accountable for all he is doing right now. Mr. Poopoff is in for a real surprise and i pray God does not show him one thimble of mercy. Go to hell Poopoff, its where you belong, and then try to rip those people off lol

I still remember when he was discredited the first time. SO I have never been tempted in any way to send him money. Ever dollar I might send would just be helping him build his shameful, malicious false ministry.

In My Humble Opinion.

If you have sent him money, more fool you, it will only help to pay his bankruptcy bills after he was exposed as a fake by one of my favourite people of all time, James Randi.

I post one of his sites on the subject of paranormal flim flam several times a day, especially his $1,000,000 challenge which I also source.

On this clip which I source below, you can hear Mrs Popoff giving her husband details of pre-picked people in the audience over a earphone, people who had already filled in details of their ailments before hand to the organisers, which Peter Popoff miraculously picked out of the thin air.

This clip should serve as a lesson to anyone who hands over money to mediums and psychics who have no power whatsovever.

I would be interested in any feedback you may have on these charlatans who are no better than grave robbers.

I can't believe anyone would actually be so stupid as to send money to a fraud like that. But I guess people do! No, I haven't. I can't even stand to watch his greasy azz on tv, when I am flipping through channels and see him, it about makes me throw up.
