Theres a hotel management degree. Also business degree, specializing in hotel management

Most schools, even small ones, have a management degree called "Resort & Hospitality Management" or some similar name. With this degree, you take lots of marketing and management classes like other business degrees, but you also take specialized hotel managment and service management classes. It's a 4-year bachelor's degree at the university I attend.
I don't think something like this would be required at every 5-star hotel, but it would certainly give you a better chance at getting the job. Some other careers might be just a straight management or business administration degree, or maybe a communication degree.

At least a BA in Hotel Management (Yes, they have it) or Business.
