Its one I developed but might sound similar to others out there.
Good italian loaf bread" fresh perfered"
Sara Lee sundried tomato Turkey breast wafer thin sliced
roma tomatoes thin sliced and seasoned with olive oil and a bit of salt and pepper
large leaf Basil
red onion thin sliced
roasted red peppers 1 half per sandwich
Garlic Mustard mayo-good deli mustard not the plaine yellow frenches stuff" 1 c mayo to 2 tblsp deli mustard, chopped garlic in olive oil and a bit of red pepper flake 1 small pinch no more"
Cheese of choice for myself is, pepperjack thin sliced or good aged cheddar from WI
Romaine lettuce just the dark green bits the rest is best for salads not sandwiches.

Toast your bread gently to get it goldon but not browned to much
gently spread on both slices a thin but decent layer of your mustardmayo

Add your lettuce on both sides, your turkey, onion, cheese, basil, and tomatoes last, as not to make sandwich soggy if keeping for a bit..

For a hot sandwich, add more cheese and less mayo and toast in toaster oven for 2 mins.

I dont use pickles as they make it soggy but you can if you want. Enjoy

******HAMBURGER STUFFED FRENCH BREAD
1 loaf French bread
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef, browned w/onion and garlic
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (any type)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
In a skillet, sauté hamburger with minced garlic, chopped onion and (optional) parsley.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Carve top in a circle (leaving a "cap" that you will replace on top later) out of French bread and hollow out the middle. Break up the bread innards into small pieces and set aside in a medium bowl.
To these bread crumbs, add the browned hamburger mixture, condensed cream of mushroom soup, and seasonings to taste.
Mix ingredients well and restuff this mixture back into French bread shell.
Top with cheese and replace the top (hopefully you saved it).
Wrap in aluminum foil and bake in 350°F oven 20 minutes. This will melt the cheese and help the flavors to combine. Slice and serve. Individually wrapped slices freeze well and make a quick and yummy take-to-work lunch.

New Orleans style Muffeleta from the Dive Bar in NYC. Comes with fries and is more than even a piggy like myself can eat. Great leftovers though- even better than the cold pizza you forgot you bought the night before!!

One called the Vails Gate's Bravest at my local Italian deli. It's named in honor of a local cop who died. It's chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, drizzled with Italian dressing.

Definitely turkey, stuffing, bread sauce and cranberry sauce.
Second favourites tuna and avocado or egg mayonnaise.
As a sweet alternative - banana and honey.
Oooh I'm hungry now.
