How can one come back to wicca after not doing it for a long time?

Study, talk with other Wiccans, find a group, coven or circle to study with. Watch my videos, cuz I'm Wiccan and I have a lot of good info,
Find some Wiccan classes or meetup.

Contemplate on why it is you stopped.
Reconnect with The God and Goddess at Esbats and Sabbats.
Re-read a few of the books you once read on Wicca or pick up a new one. I recommend The Circle Within by Diane Sylvan.

Start honoring the God and the Goddess at the sabbats and the esbats, or preferably daily. Take time to be out in nature and feel Their energy. Meditate on the meaning of the Rede and how it relates to your life. Those are just a few suggestions off the top of my head.
How does one start riding a horse again? Put your foot in the stirrup, swing yourself over the saddle, and away you go. :-)

It's an emanent and integral part of your life, you don't have to get back into it. You already are into it. Not practicing for a while is quite natural. You may have gone through a growth stage and this is how it worked for you. Merry meet.

Schedule yourself some time each day at the same time. Put it in your mind that you are going to do this. If you think that altar items are going to help, get your old ones out or go buy replacements.

I agree with Prariecrow, however, I would not recommend joining a Wiccan group if you still have the conflicts mentioned in other posts. No Wiccan needs to ride your rollercoaster with you.

It probably involves burning a candle and turning counter-clockwise 5 times or something else just as made up.
Just say "I'm wiccan again," and then you're in.
