oh and my gym teacher is INSANE and we have to do like 30-50 push ups EVERY DAY and like LOTS og curl up, pull ups (and we have to do those at least 70 times) and we run 2-6 miles every friday and run every day and 3 laps around a foot ball track in my school and LOTS of fat people (no offence) in my class are normal weight now. But for me my muscles are betting bigger and bigger and i am like telling you what i just told you is NOTHING to what we do more. and i have gym class every day and during the summer i go swimming with my dad (who is like an atheletic) every weekend. and again I LOVE my body except the big muscles on my thighs. I don't want to stop doing sports and stuff but want my thighs to look like a GIRL's thighs not like a guys. (cuz lets face it guys wouldn't like a girl who's thighs looks like theirs) LoL ♥

A lot of guys love athletic girls! There's nothing wrong with strong legs and thighs. If you're really concerned you can always wear black leggings under a skirt, since black is "slimming" and whatnot. Skinny jeans might emphasize the shape of your legs but you can always go back to bootcut, they're a classic that will fill out your calves so your thighs don't seem so big in comparison. If you must go skinny, how about wearing boots that come up to your shins to put more volume at your feet? But your muscles probably look great, I wouldn't worry about them.

EDIT::: Your gym class IS insane, the average person definitely can not do 70 pull-ups...probably not even 10. I am not that athletic but I like to try, your gym class sounds awesome! Your gym teacher is probably an ex-marine or something...mmm.

Don't be so distraught!!! You will grow into them. You are at a very awkward age where everything is growing and in different places and ways that you might not want. Give it some time!!! You can start with some distance running, 3 to 5 miles every day. Mainly I guess what I'm saying is don't worry, many guys will like a young lady who is in shape.

Your gym teacher is on track. He want you to build up your upper body so that it will match your lower body. When i was swimming competitively, i had a stream lined body, light but streamlines then my dad became concerned about me because I was 6-6 at 16 and weighed 150. When he put me on weights, I gained 50 pounds in three months. Swimming is a low impact sports not designed to build muscles. EAT LESS PROTEIN, more carbs, lots of raw veggies and fruit. Avoid sugar.

You cannot get rid of muscles by exercise; you'll only mame them bigger. Are your thighs too big for your body?, do you look wierd with those thighs? has anyone remarked you? You should be proud of those. Im 15 with freaking iron-abs and big thighs and i look like a man. Dont worry when you grow up it might come to normal size for an adult.

Your thighs are responding because they are genetically programmed to respond...and grow....and be muscular. It is an inherited trait.
You are still quite young. You are in a growth spurt. They will probably stop growing at some point.
In the meantime, you can learn to do some Pilates. Pilates is the perfect exercise for you as you grow older. It encourages the muscles to be longer and leaner.

Everyone wants to increase their bench push, but gym regulars and bodybuilders ultimately hit a level and battle to increase these bench push numbers. Pay that publication article on "how to increase your bench push by 20lbs. in 7 days," and look here https://tr.im/QdgTA .
Critical Bench is an ideal manual for bench and is divided into six sections.
The first data is the training that you need in making muscle tissue while going right on through the book.
Critical Bench emphasizes the significance of schedule kinds and described in layman work out phrases, ensuring every bodybuilder examining the manual can understand it.

If you want to know what is the greatest program for benchthen the answer is Critical Bench from here https://tr.im/tXjfM
Critical Bench is not just about introducing workouts that you should do. Relatively, it also uses time in educating users about the important points or foundations that make it effective.
Critical Bench is increased exposure of preparing for your routine. It's critical to possess particular targets, as opposed to opting for a obscure target. Set your deadline in addition to the weight target to include on the routine. With this particular stressed out in the book, everybody can achieve benefits from the benchpress program as expected.

Hey there, I think its great that you love the rest of your body, I think that not doing anything will keep them from getting any bigger, I mean, just walking, swimming isnt going to make them bigger and will keep you in shape at the same time. Best of luck
