I'm assumung that you're basing this idea of becomming a hitman from some movie you've seen... Did the person in the movie have an easy time of it? If they did it must've been a pretty boring movie.
If the mark was worth a lot of money I would assume that it would be because they were hard to take out.
And you wouldn't have the backing of any government so if you were caught it would be straight to jail.

Why wish? I'm doing as a United States Artillery officer. I get to terminate Western Hating Terrorists weekly and do not have to hide that fact. And, i must say, the pay is certainly not bad contrary to popular belief especially since I get paid nearly three times more than the per capita income of the average American. GoArmy.com!!!

It would be very cool but i have always preferred the thought of being a sniper to a hitman, because you can make some one scared of you from over a mile away :)

That would be a pretty cool job... work your own hours, plenty of vacation time...
but you gotta think, the benefits would probably stink. Definitely no retirement plan, and you can't count on Social Security. You'd have a high-risk job, but probably job security.
