The XL is the Generic workingman's Trim Package. No real nicities.

The XLT has some nicer trim, a better look and interior and is generally nicer.

And the Lariat is the top of the line package as far as interior goes.

XL Is The Generic Trim Equipped Just For Basic Truck Needs While The XLT Is Based Upon More Trim And It Offers A lot More Comfort And Style

XL is the base model with no cruise no power windows / or a/c and all the gadgets...etc.... XLT has it all
