Probably just constipation sweetie ............ cut back on the sodas and soft drinks, coffee, tea and alcohol (you probably don't drink that rubbish anyways) as all these things will only dehydrate you and make you sluggish and tired.

Drinks loads of fresh filtered water, at least 2 - 3 litres of water per day.

Eat more food rich in vitamin C as it is a natural laxative ie: citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges, tomatoes, potatoes, leafy and green vegies and red and green peppers.

Freshly squeezed fruit and vegie juices are good too.

Eat more foods rich in magnesium ie: leafy and green vegies, nuts and seeds, cold water fishes such as tuna, salmon, sardines and whiting, wholegrain breads and cereals. Magnesium is essential for healthy veins and arteries and will aide in eliminating constipation and digestive problems. The magnesium in these foods will encourage the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and thus aide in digestion.

Take a multi B complex supplement as the B complex of vitamins are essential for healthy digestive, neural and immune system functioning.

Hope you feel better soon.

It is probably gas. Try moving around a lot to break it up - or drink some hot tea or hot chocolate, that will help you burp. IF the pain gets worse and you develop a fever & vomiting then I would say go to the ER.

Are you going to the toilet properly? Those can be signs of constipation, it can cause a lot of pain and restrict you from moving too much. If it is, I suggest eating prunes, laxatives are crappy... But I'd suggest seeing a doctor, just to be sure. Get some prunes too. I had to rush to the ER because I was having the same issues as you.

appendicitis? could be, do you have a fever and have been vomiting? if yes then it's appendicitis and you should go to the doctor right away. Either way go to the doctor ASAP because it could also be a cyst, Also could you be pregnant?

good luck

well if its to the right of your stomach it could be appendicitis.
i had that and mine got taken out at the last minute and they almost burst, i could hav died.
i suggest going to ur doctor and telling them so they can check it out just to be sure.
your probally fine because you would be getting very sick if you had a suvere case of it. i was sick for almost 2 years before they could find out what was wrong.
