it goes something like we can beat out male and female slaves and if they die we will be punished but if they live for awhile we ill not be punished because they are our property or something i need to know what it says word for word and where its found

The above question is grossly out of context.
It says 'if' if it happens.

God does not condone this violence there is discipline for it.

There is nothing in the Bible that says one could beat his slave. Where did you get such an idea?

no where in the bible does GOD condone slavery. that was the Jewish law of the land.
