I would like to jump higher, farther, and all that stuff. But I can never find a good way to that.

i practiced basketball for a sport and i could never reach the basketball ring until i got these weights which hang around your ankles and you just keep jumping as high as you can and when you take the weights of after ten minutes of jumping it is worth it

this is how you see little basketball players jump so high

Try placing obstacles like a punching bag on the floor (make sure its soft and not something you might cut yourself open on XD). Keep jumping over it, as you get better and further add more distance to it, and/or more height.
