We live in MN. He has no business being here. He got married to my cousin on a ninety day visa and has not done any further paperwork, or sent in his money. He wont even do the dishes at her parents house. He is a true loser. How can we ship him home?

Why don't you let your cousin handle this?
If your cousin is an American citizen and the marriage was in good faith, he will most likely be eligible to stay one way or another. In either case, mind your own business.
Or go ahead and call ICE, they will laugh at you.
