Of course it's normal.
Everyone has their own personal comfort zones and beliefs. You have your entire life for "going further," so don't rush anything, especially if you're not comfortable with it. :)

I think that its pretty normal for an 15 yr old not to want to go any further because for one she's too young and boys are always prepared to move faster than girls

Perfectly normal, when girls your age go further, they lose respect of their boyfriend(s) and are likely to end up with STD(s) and/or pregnant.
Keep doing the right thing.

Yes, definitely! I didn't do anything further until I was 19, and even then I didn't feel ready--it was just what my bf at the time wanted to do. I didn't have sex until a few months ago (I'm 24) and I'm still not totally comfortable with it.

Yes it is normal and commendable! She obviously was brought up with good morals and respects herself. She's too young to do anything other than kiss

No there's nothing wrong with it...it just means she has morals. Just because every other teenage girl is out having sex doesn't mean she has to. She's just not conforming to the standards that society has set these days.

Fifteen is way to early to take on this step. Sex is a very powerful think at any age and certainly too much for this age. I know it is tempting but listen to your brain and not your hormones/

Well, it depends, if YOU want to go further and if it is legal, go for it, otherwise don't.
