Hi
some very odd things are happening to my computer at the moment.
First of all, the text on the screen has got really big...how do i get it back to normal again??
Also, i pressed a few buttons, and god knows how it happened, but my toolbar on my desktop has gone to the top of the screen instead of the bottom!!

Many thanks for any help you can give me!

Firstly, on your toolbar, click view, then zoom, and then 100 percent. That should get your writing the correct size. Then click on you toolbar and drag it to the bottom of your page or wherever you want it.

Hey,

As for the first question, I think you have changed your screen resulotion. To change that you will need to go into your

start menu / control panel / appearance and themes and then change the screen resolution. Once this is done, it will give you options to chose from on how big you want your screen to be.

As for the second question, theres quite a simple way to make it back to normal, just click and drag the blue part of the tool bar and bring it back down to the bottom. If that doesnt work the first time then right click on the blue toolbar and untick "Lock the toolbar" once its back on the bottom tick "Lock the tool bar" so it wont happen again =]

Go to control panel, display and pick out a higher resolution than what you have. You probably have 800x600, go to the next higher one.

As far as the toolbar, you'll have to drag your mouse over it and find the spot on the edge or corner where the pointer will change, then you can drag it to the bottom or side of the computer. Same thing is your toolbar disapears. Drag the mouse to the bottom of the screen and fish around for it.

ok. what you did about the toolbar is you probably dragged it and it thought you wanted to move it. try dragging the toolbar down to the bottom again. and the whole screen thing, 2 things could have happened. 1. you could have put the computer in safe mode. try restarting it. 2. you could have changed the resolution. open your system preferences and try 1280 by 800. thats what i use. if not, play around with it.

Hold the control key down and roll the scroll wheel on the mouse. That should fix the size thing.

Put the cursor on the task bar. Not on anything on the bar just the plain bar. Right click, ensure Lock Task Bar check mark is OFF. Go back to task bar, left click and hold while you drag the bar back to where you want it. Right click and click Lock Task Bar to set the check mark.

All done...

I'm assuming you mean the text on the internet browser is really big. Hold CTRL + move the scroll button on your mouse up.

To move the toolbar, click and hold on the toolbar, but not on a button (blank space) and drag it to the spot it was before.

Hope this helps.

Normal size text:
go to Internet Explorer, go to View, Text Size then Choose Medium or whatever u want to.
Toolbar:
Hold your toolbar and drag it down. If u cant move it than its probably lock. than u have to right click it and unlock it and u wil be able to mov ur toolbar down. once its down than lock ur tooldbar so that it does move again.

I hope it helps :)
