I actually think that dogs (and any animal that sleeps & dreams) actually dream about the random stuff that humans do.

they dream about how great there life is being in the house sleeping on the Couch or bed and eating food and haveing a familiy that loves them so much. O wait that for the dogs that people kick out doors and ignores them BAD PEOPLE!!

I think that they dream about bones, running, chasing cats, being loved and petted by their owners, sleeping, fire hydrents, squeaky toys, and just basically living in a dog wonderland with everything they love!

I think they dream about the same things we do...anything that affects their lives during the course of a day. They even have nightmares. My little poodle yips and roofs in her sleep every time she goes to the vet. Sometimes she even wakes herself up. The only solution then, is to cuddle her.

and chasing things. My dog liked to chase things in her sleep, it was so funny to watch her move her little paws and let out a faint bark, all while fast asleep.

my pug barks when she sleeps its funny
