I'm not a Junior fan, but I think it's pretty dang ugly. I guess he thought the retro look would be good on the car, but I don't see anything I like about it other than the fact it carries the National Guard and Hendrick Motor Sports logo.

Honestly, I think both of the paint schemes are dull and lacking creativity.
But what the heck...it's only a paint job with vinyl skins and decals.
What happens under the hood, in the seat, and in the pits matters more.
I wish JR well.

Let's face it, it's not the Budweiser chevrolet number 8 and it's not a very good looking car, but then again, it's Junior driving, who cares what it looks like, let's see him win some races. He really needs to prove himself so that everybody that thinks he's overrated will get off of his back. It's time to put up, or shut up. He could either gain or lose a ton of fans this year. I'm a fan, but he needs to prove he's got some of the skill that his family has been blessed with.

It's an old school type scheme which Junior is into. I personally thought that with AMP as a sponsor he would have come up with something a little wilder. It looks pretty good though.

Im not a JR fan but it will take alot to get used to his new scheme especially because one of the sponsers is new and new paint schemes. It would be different if he just switched sponsers such as Kyle Busch to the Interstate Batteries car. But besides that I think the green and white is cool but the design stinks and they should redo it for next season. And the National Guard Sponser with white as base, is boring and need to change it before people go crazy of getting tatoos and merchandise or something. Idk I just dont like white race cars.... Go Tony!

... Dale Jr seems to have an appreciation for drivers from "back in the days" and I think his paint scheme pays a little tribute to some of the early paint scheme styles.
... It will not be as easily recognizable as the red Bud car. I think it will take time to get adjusted to seeing it on the track.
... While green usually draws a negative first response I think his cars look cool. They will look even better with a checkered flag hanging out the window.
... I like them.
Added:
... Here is a picture of his grandfather's paint scheme. http://www.dirtfans.com/RalphEarnhardt.html Notice how the top is a solid dark color but the lower section is white. I think his paint scheme is basically the same as this but the hoods on Dale Jr's cars gives a little attention toward the sponsor's main colors by being a dark color also. He has two different sponsors but he has one paint scheme. This gives him a single identity although he has two sponsors.
... Also this basic scheme leaves room for "special" paint schemes which in turn means more diecasts and more memorabilia sales.

I don't care, he should have gone to Childress and drove his dad's car.
Seeing an Earnhardt performing at a high level again in that car would have been awesome.
Either way, this is Junior's make or break year. He said his stepmom was holding him back, so we shall see.

Each one is unique in it's own way, It's Juniors style n what he's into. He already said he wanted to do his own thing, The Nationwide /Busch car is good lookin too. All his cars are different than we're all used to & I think that's a great statement for him. Heck...make em all different, nobody likes change. I could care less what color scheme he uses, just so it's him drivin it!!
One thing for sure, y'all will know it's him standin out in the pack!

Which one? LOL
I think his new one (the primary one) is neat looking! It will take me a while to realize who it is in that car, but I'll get used to it!
I think I'll have more trouble remembering who is in the 8 car and who has Budweiser on the car when I see either of them.

Bud 8 was boring. 88 is cool and will look REALLY cool on the track in the Daytona 500. He'll have a chance to win it I think.
Again, he will win a race, but no chase because it's gonna take at least a year for Jr. to adjust; he's not the Jesus Christ of NASCAR, but the media and fans seem to think he is.
