How old?
I do not suggest any old car if you can help it.
Oldsmobile is no longer making vehicles....and for good reason. They lost a lot of their fan base because of poor craftsmanship.
This vehicle may be a sibling of the Chevy Blazer but that is not saying much.
Chevy Blazers are notorious for breaking down.
Highest repair rating for SUVs in its category.

Actually they are good cars. They rate in the same area as Chevy Trail Blazers. It really depends on the year. Most Olds Barvadas were all wheel drive & that is a reliable system. Check out Consumer reports or Edmunds.com for a review.

They are the same as the GMC Jimmy and the Chevy S-10 Blazer and they were very good vehicles as long as they were properly maintained.

It's essentially a rebadged Chevrolet TrailBlazer, which means stay away from it. Poor reliability, safety, build quality and gas mileage.

All cars eventually break down, and ALWAYS at the worst possible time. (Trust me on this one.)
