the issue hinges on the definition of "ervah" (nakedness) -- in that a man should not see a woman's ervah. They underlying question is "why."
So if the torah refers to hair as "ervah" then we know, clearly, that the hair has to be covered. If we know additionally that covering the ervah will protect a an from impure thoughts, then culturally, we look at those body parts which generally inflame the lusts and declare them ervah, which is why even among orthodox jews there are different scales of coverage.

Deuteronomy 22:5
The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.
Socially, it was also a major faux pas for women to be dressed as harlots.

I am pretty sure that its limited to:
1) not dressing like a man
2) not mixing textiles(applies to everyone)
3) Modestly. (though, from my understanding what exactly this is defined as, is left unspecified)
of course, these are rather interperetable....

The adornment of people is clothing. The adornment of the Torah is wisdom.
I could only find that you should dress with humility and keep your clothes clean.
