The only lotion I use on my fresh tattoos is Curel, Fragrance Free.

Once a tattoo is healed it dosen't matter what kind of lotion you use. I've been getting tattooed for 18 years and I've never had any of them fade due to my lotion.

Just make sure you take care of new tattoos until they are healed before you start using regular lotion on them.

Good luck!

Coco butter does not fade scars - it conditions skin. It would be fine for healed tattoos.

Vitamin E for a week and then Lubriderm. Nothing with scents, or colours. NO Polysporin.
