it is easy ..yellow pages job. If you start asking around for ANYONE KNOW OF A GOOD PI ? then this could get back to the person/s you want to investigate. All i will say is get with an agency that has retierd Detectives working for them. That way they may ask their mateys still in the force for some info...I'm not saying that they would do that but they may. Try and go for two ops per day. This is better. If you only have one while he/she is on their lunch/wee break the investigated could have scapered.Try and give the agency as much info ie when what where and how of the investagatee as possible.
Going rates. To have a bank etc accnt checked c.£800 per Q.
An op for 12 hrs say £300. I know it is expensive but once the "target" is hit with video and cd and photo evidence they really have nowhere to run. Good luck.

Dead easy. You go to the library and ask for this dead secret yellow book with loads of secret phone numbers in it.

Then you go to the big table with the homeless looking bloke sat there and look through the book until you find the secret section what says 'secret section with private detectives in it'!

Pick a number...multiply it by three...dial it....sorted!
