What can you tell me about this gun? I've looked and price wise it seems ok, i look at the sig but it was too much money.

I say you can't go wrong selecting this if you want a sub-compact. They are reliable, as accurate as you can expect for a gun it's size, and as tough as an anvil. They are safer to carry than a GLOCK micro because of the grip safety. It's an all-around good sub-compact pistol.

The XD Series handguns are great. I like them over the Glocks because of the added safety features and they feel and fit better in my hand. They are very reliable and very, very accurate or as accurate as the shooter. I own two of them and have no problems with them.
They are easy to take down and strip, they are not that expensive and look awesome.

Hope that helps. Good luck and safe shooting.

PS Sigs are great too, but yeah they are high in price, but worth it.

My wife carries one for her CCW in .45acp As a long time fan of the .45acp and a retired cop I can tell you that I would never carry, or allow my wife to carry a firearm that I did not have absolute faith in. Also, that It must meet a very tough series of tests that I subject it too, and that it has to pass with 100% or It doesn't get carried until it can. I like the compact XD. with the smaller flush fitting 10 round mag, it fits flush and is easy to carry concealed. But, the unique 13 round mag with it's grip extension makes it a standard duty gun sized grip and fits my big hands very nicely. Overall fit and finish on her gun is very good. Function is flawless with our choice of ammo, and also was excellent with a variety of ammo form other manufacturers. Accuracy was impressive right out of the box. The weight is just about right for reducing felt recoil but not so heavy as to deter from it's carryability
