You might do some reading in the credit forums on the following credit discussion boards

creditboards.com and creditinfocenter.com

Those, in my opinion, would be the two best "free" sites to learn from.

1. Credit cards are not free money
a. Emergency's
b. renting a car or hotel room
c. buying items on line (higher security on credit cards)
d. try not to use more that 30% of your limit (your limit is $5000 dollars keep it under $1,500 dollars)

and pay the full ballace before the due date, to recive higher credit rating.

I talk about credit cards casue they are very simple but for some reason people have the most problems with them.

As far as other loans just make your payments on time.

It's also a great I deal to have a saving account with 3 months safty net. I hope you get your answer I just wanted to hit some highlights.
