i do exercise so i need an additional way to lose the weight

i exercise 5 times a week but still cant lose that 20lbs i want to lose so most of my exercise is cardio

You shouldn't set a goal this high without discussing it with a doctor.

You will probably need not only exercise but a modification of your diet. Doing this without professional supervision could be dangerous.

Okay first- HEALTHY weight loss is one to two pounds per WEEK. you are way over exerting your self.

two- why in a month? set more forgiving goals for yourself. if your trying to shape up for a big event, i can promise you the results will be disastrous. You are going to wind up in a hospital.

me too, but 20 lbs is an agressive # to lose within a month
