Do you think that when we pass that we meet our loved ones in Heaven ???

Yes I do.
My grandmother before she did saw heaven and started waving to people and calling out their names, all "dead!"

It says we will know as we are known. On the other hand you might have difficulty recognizing a grandparent, for instance for you only knew then as a very old person. (I have a picture of my grandmother as a young woman, and if I hadn't been told, I wouldn't believe it)

I don't believe there is a heaven (or hell), so no, I don't believe so. I've lost people close to me and it's sad to realise I will never see them again.
