I'm not overweight (8 stone) but my belly (particularly lower) still looks a bit flabby and pokes out. I have a healthy diet and try to do at least 40 minutes of cardio a week. What can I do to tone up my tummy? What kind of exercises help and how often?

lay on the floor and lift your legs till your body is 90 degrees and then while your feet are still up lift your but up as like a hop with your bottom^-^ i hope you understand oh repeat the whole thing about 100 times throughout the day
