your teacher is an idiot, he never says such a thing. the only thing that would be close is "Now, i do love her too,/Not out of absolute lust (though peradventure/ I stand accountant for as great a sin/ But partly led to diet my revenge/ for that I do suspect the lusty moor/ Hath leaped into my seat..." (act 2, scene 2, lines 313-318) is the only part he admits to anything at all related, but here he is saying that he wants to sleep with desdemona to settle get even with othello, whom he believes has slept with emelia.

When my class read this we acted it out, I played othello throughout the entire play, Iago underestimated Emelia, in fact the only part she had in his plot was the stealing of the handkerchief. and honestly why would you want another man to sleep with your wife that's just stupid, even in a shakespeare play.
