Not really, it can if you pull really hard and press down real hard, apply gently without too much pressure!

I shouldn't say this because I insert my lenses in a different way from what I was originally taught. I don't pull down my lower eyelids. Instead, I pull my eyelids wider apart and insert the lens directly on the cornea. It really doesn't bother me to put my fingers on my eyeballs. I learned years ago not to flinch.

i don't think so...there is other things that you need to worry about. you heard so many myths about contact lens.
i heard that this guy went to bed with his contact lens and woke up and it moved to the back of his eyes..and stayed there for days...
this happen to me a couple day ago: i rubbed my left eyes and i tho i rub my contact len off. so i took my right one off. but at the middle of the night i felt something in the back of my left eye....a couple of hrs. i felt it coming out of my eye..it was disgusting..so dirty and bend in half....

just be careful,,,lucky me. the contact len came out and i didn't get an infection

Well, I have worn them since 1977, and my eyes don't look as old as some people the same age.
I don't think it has any affect.
