Surely someone wouldn't be upset just because I don't agree with them. If I were an idiot maybe my answer would give me away. Guess he will never know.

So many good answers, the person that blocked me answered. I don't agree but I'm not going to block you.

They ask questions and then don't like the honest answers they get. Can't deal with reality.

It can mean they think the world is flat.
Don't take the scoring or blocking part of this as a reason for participating, it is important to hear objective opinions and I for one appreciate it.

I recently heard a little spat on here about Dr. Jello being the most or best at global warming answers. Jello spoke of the game involved in collecting points and missed the purpose of the discussion.

If someone blocks you, move on. It is their loss if you are just trying to provide input or they may have a vested interest in a different view.

It might be a way to 'mark' a TROLL? Some of the stuff on here is just kids trying to sound cool. This is not the Algore joke forum. There are serious issues to discuss on the subject of AGW! Just look at the headlines in the science news today @ Yahoonews [A.P. 2007 A year of weather records]
Looks like the rest of the world has seen the facts, and felt the effects first hand! Shall we 'debate' "The Therory of Gravity", or don't you 'believe' in 'therories'?

Yea, just got blocked by someone an hour ago. They are just thinned skinned, and get upset when something does not fit their (too) tightly constrained model of the world.

The one person who has blocked me obviously is afraid of my comments.

It means they wouldn't have listened to your answer anyway, so don't worry about it. I generally block them back, so I don't have to waste my time on them.

It just means that the blocked person is on a payroll and doesn't add anything to the discussion.

Usually they are rude and insulting. What's the point on giving them a forum?

Well, maybe. They just might not like your answers, and block you. It's a pretty stupid thing to do though... Unless ur creepy...

Maybe they can't handle an opposing opinion.
