I would ask him are you infallible?
If he says yes I will say then why does the bible suggest that the earth is 6,000 years old when we have the bones of animals that are far older.
If he then says no then I would say well then that means that you can tell a lie and if god is perfect god wouldn't have reason to lie therefore you cannot be the god you say you are.
Second question: How can we know that the bible is true when it was edited by man when man is capable of ignoring the will of god?
if he says it is because the writers were pure of heart I would reply the writers may have been but what of the people who decided to pick and choose what went in when the writers of all the gospels were pure of heart and wouldn't write a lie.
And my third and final question would be: If you are god then why do you let such travesties befall the creations that you are said to love above even the first beings you brought into existence the angels?
If he replies that is because humans have free will I would then reply Then if you love us so much why would you give us the choice to do such things to one another even though it is your will that we shall not kill we shall not steal and so on and so forth wouldn't it be better for man if you took back the reins of control and became a leader to the people that you love so much or are you afraid that you wouldn't be capable of the job this last question he doesn't have to answer for I believe I have made my point.

I'd start with the questions-
1. Are you omniscient? (If so, then I wouldn't have to bother with those three statements!)
2. Is there anything I need to know to be safe from Eternal Damnation?
3. Is there a church or faith that I can turn to for a proper understanding of the Divine?
As for statements, I might say
"You know, there really isn't any way for a person to discover the real truth about the divine."
"Um, you know, people could really use a non-ambiguous, and easily recognized messiah- Now that we have the internet, broadcast journalism, and print media, this would be a great time for a messiah."
And I'd just wing the third statement.

On the impossible chance that happened I'd say:
You are a poor excuse for an omnipotent, loving god
You are a sham who has done nothing to help your children in need
You let your followers turn into a bunch of whining, hateful hypocrites
I would ask:
Where were you when so many starving children needed you to provide them with food?
Why did you allow so many people (babies included) to suffer from cancer and other horrible dieases?
Why did you allow mankind to think war was any kind of solution to anything?

I'd ask one question -- "Was Yshua bar-Ysef Hamosiach?"
If he said yes, I'd spit in his face and walk away, because I would know he was a liar and a fraud.
If he said no, I'd just want to walk and talk with him and get to know him, no questioning, no ultimatums, no statements.
So, now then... when Zeus shows up, what three statements will you say to him and what three questions will you ask him?

Well, first, at that point I wouldn't be an atheist.
And I can't really answer the rest, because it depends on what kind of god I came face-to-face with.
