well, i want to be more muscular but i want all parts to be proportional. i mean i dont want big forearms and small triceps, you see want i mean? i want to be planned out when i lift weights and know how much weight and how many reps i should do of each. where can i get all of this infomation?

there isnt one. i suggest going to a trainer. also ask your doctor so you will be able to weight-lift safely without hurting youself.

Get a subscription to muscle and wellbeing magazine or another magazine that's a like. they have charts that permit you recognize what to do, what to paintings out, what number reps, what number gadgets, what days to do it, and what days to sit down down back. some even have weight loss plan charts too.
