Fruits contain carbohydrates and a small amount of protein, but very little, if any, fat. (Most fruits contain less than one gram of fat per serving. Avocados are an exception, with about 31 grams per fruit.)

There is no fat in fruit. Fat is only found in meat. However, there are some that have more sugar and or oil content.
Consume within moderation.

fat is not in fruit, its natural sugar, which can rise your blood sugars. It can also hamper weight loss if to much is eaten, because of the cabr count. Tomatoes are more of a veggie even tho thaey put them in the fruit section along with avocados, there carb counts are low.

No fat at all in them, only lovely lovely fructose, sucrose and other mono and disaccharides. Some i.e. apples contain starches too.
And of course there's loads of fibre in them too. Good for the digestive system.
